Chen Jiagou Wang Yan Chen Style Tai Chi Institute

    The Chen Jiagou Wang Yan Chen Style Tai Chi Institute was founder in 1996. The president of the institute Zhu Laohu, who is the 10th generation successor，the heritor of intangible cultural heritage, the International Tai Chi Culture Dissemination Ambassador, and an martial artist of the Chinese Classic Study Committee, cooperated the Institute with another grandson of Wang Yan whose name is Wang Changjiang, and Wang Yan’s apprentice Cao Erzhu, and Zhu Laohu’s son Zhu Baolei. The Institute was officially admitted by Wen Xian Bureau of Civil Affairs and Wen Xian Bureau of Sports in 1996 in Xin Tang village which is the east part of ancient Chen Jiagou. Under the leadership of Master Zhu Laohu, the institute aims to inherit and enhance traditional culture and serve the public with the cultural heritage that ancestors have passed down with the slogan “Spread friendship with Tai Chi, Accompany life with health”. They take benefiting the mankind with the combat and health-improving function of Tai Chi as their own duty, and constantly excavate and systemize the Tai Chi culture and techniques, with the purpose of making it flourish and prosperous. 

    Since the founding of the Institute, Master Zhulaohu has opened his main school in 1999,and branch Schools respectively in Jiao Zuo in 2004, in Dong Guan in 2005, in Xin Xiang and Shen Yang in 2006, and in Korea in the same year; in Da Qing in 2008, in Shen Zhen in 2009, in Jin Cheng in 2010, in Zhang Zhou and Bao Ji in 2011. Overseas friends who came from the US, Japan, Korea, Italy, Norway, Russia, France, UK, were all eager to learn real Kung Fu from Master Zhu Laohu out of admiration of him. The Institute and Master Zhu Laohu and his co-workers have made great contribution to the development of Tai Chi.
